Chemical change- fire
Ask a question= What is the chemical change going to look like?, how is the chemical change going to smell like?, how are people going to react to the chemical change?

Construct a hypothesis( make a guess) =I think that it will smell burnt and it might look burnt. People might say wow

Conduct the experiment= There was ashes and smoke coming out of the newspaper when we lit it up, it was black and pieces of the newspaper started to fall off

Record your observations and data colour change,= colur changed to black and the it smelt burnt, it also released smoke and ashes and the temperature change was hot
|
Analyse information= we lit the newspapers up and it burnt, and a new substance was formed and it was irreversible
|
Report results= there was a new substance when we poured water into it, ashes and smoke was released, burnt smell was also released

You have some good questions to ask. I also knew that there was a chemical change because of the colour change and temperature change. Did you enjoy spectating the action that was going on and what was your favourite part about it?
